I couldn't have asked for more from a deal that I was highly delighted with, the communication was excellent from John Brown and his staff, each department I dealt with were very courteous and helpful. The delivery of my new CBF 1000 was seamless, new bike off old bike on and all done at the time promised.

I have called Hunts a number of times and have always been very happy with advice they have given over the phone . They have always called back which is rare these days . Jamie Service Manager has been very helpful gives clear costings of work pre servicing. He has a clear view of customer needs and what there trying to achieve. Have a good chat with him and I'm sure you'll get the service you expect. don't leave anything out ,and you'll get the Service your expecting . Very fair service costs and approach which I found very refreshing !!!!! They did not try and build extra hours in to cover costs. Honest Dealership they have great staffing levels. I would recommend this dealership on their servicing and customer service! And I would say there is many years of knowledge about the product at the Dealer from my experience .

Big thanks ...

Arrived today with about 5 mins before closing time as my ABS light had come on......this was due to the calliper bolt coming lose on front brake after a service by another local bike shop. The bike was not safe to ride home let alone the 10 miles I did with it loose.

John sorted me right out and fitted a new bolt and tightened the two remaining bolts....no labour charge just £2.86 for the bolt. That's the kind of service you want....got me back on the road. I could have had a nasty accident. Needless to say, I won't be getting work done at the other place again and will just take it to Hunts next time.

Just to say what a fantastic experience I had buying a bike from you and the team at Hunts. After a 14 year gap from riding your help, time, patience and expert advice were all needed and welcomed.

The VFR 800 VTEC is a great bike, in fabulous condition. Rides better than my old CBR 600 in my opinion. I did 174 careful miles the day I collected it and the new tyres are scubbing in nicely.

I purchase Honda bikes almost every year ... After an online email inquiry I received a call from Rob Donley at Hunts motorcycles in Manchester. Could only describe my conversation with Rob as professional and polite. impressed by the way he matched my asking part exchange price! Not only that I also got a great deal on accessories and I didn't feel pressured in buying something I didn't want.

I first thought the deal was too good to be true but when I received my new bike today and got my 2 part ex's picked up; I was extremely impressed. I was hesitant making a big purchase like this over the phone that too a part exchange from Manchester; but today when my bike arrived I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism displayed by the delivering driver in taking time to explain everything in detail ... The spares and accessories guy who spoke to me on the phone was amazing. I asked him the most bizarre questions but he took time to explain every little bit to me in detail without losing patience!

I can't sing enough praises and am just astonished at how easy and simple this whole process has been ... I might even consider riding up to Manchester form Watford for my first service.

Just wanted to pass on my thanks.

The chaps at Hunts saved my bacon (and eggs!)...

My Honda Blackbird had a bent brake disc - dangerous to ride. I had an impending deadline to get to my ferry for Ireland. Calling up out of the blue i was told to just come straight down and was met with the sort of service and help you dream of. The technicians immediately found time in their hectic schedule to diagnose the problem and the solution, the parts department got the parts ordered and kept me updated on their progress to keep my nerves in shape. A courtesy bike was sorted for me to keep me mobile whilst they held onto the Blackbird to get the work done as soon as possible.

In the end I got the bike back the day before my trip and was able to rest easy with no rushing required for the run out to Holyhead. It also gave me time to take a good look around the Hunts showroom and admire some of the trick paint jobs on their selection of blades. Very nice, if I'm ever in the market for one i now know where to go!

Just a few quick lines to express my gratitude for you and your companies excellent service during my recent purchase of my brand new Honda Fury.

The deal was part-exchanging my old bike for the Fury. I had set my heart on one of these beasts having just taken an early retirement package; a treat to myself after 24 years government service. I researched "new" Fury prices on the Internet,and not only did Hunts knock £2,000 off the price, they delivered it for just £49 all the way from Manchester to Dorset!!!.

The deal got even better when you part-exchanged my old bike (again at a good price) by way of photographs sent by me by e-mail, that I found both trusting and incredible.

Big thanks ...

Arrived today with about 5 mins before closing time as my ABS light had come on......this was due to the calliper bolt coming lose on front brake after a service by another local bike shop. The bike was not safe to ride home let alone the 10 miles I did with it loose.

John sorted me right out and fitted a new bolt and tightened the two remaining bolts....no labour charge just £2.86 for the bolt. That's the kind of service you want....got me back on the road. I could have had a nasty accident. Needless to say, I won't be getting work done at the other place again and will just take it to Hunts next time.

My Honda Blackbird had a bent brake disc - dangerous to ride. I had an impending deadline to get to my ferry for Ireland. Calling up out of the blue i was told to just come straight down and was met with the sort of service and help you dream of. The technicians immediately found time in their hectic schedule to diagnose the problem and the solution, the parts department got the parts ordered and kept me updated on their progress to keep my nerves in shape. A courtesy bike was sorted for me to keep me mobile whilst they held onto the Blackbird to get the work done as soon as possible.

In the end I got the bike back the day before my trip and was able to rest easy with no rushing required for the run out to Holyhead. It also gave me time to take a good look around the Hunts showroom and admire some of the trick paint jobs on their selection of blades. Very nice, if I'm ever in the market for one i now know where to go!

Just a couple of lines to say how impressed I and my friend's are with Hunts after sales service. It's second to none by far. Two of the lads I ride out with are looking for new machines next year and are now regular watchers of your web site. I know people who have spent 12K on new machines and had issues only to be told they have to get the machine back to the dealer. One lad had to travel back to Wales with an oil leak on a KTM RC8 BRAND NEW BIKE. Hope every thing goes OK with the water leak and the Tech team can make some sense of this residue that is forming on the right hand side exhaust can.

Andy was on time last night and considering the distance the lad had travelled was in very good spirits. He is an asset to your business for sure.

This is just a huge Thank You for my beautiful Hornet which you delivered up to me on Thursday. Took it out for a short spin (so that it wasn't on salty roads) the other day and was over the moon with it. Had "Y" reg Hornet before which was very revvy but this is just perfect. Thanks for the return email, just to let you know it has been sorted! Strange but the main lead to the top of the rear brake light switch was not connected, it has now been re-connected and the brake light is working fine!

Again absolutely thrilled to bits with the bike and would recommend Hunts without any hesitation, just can`t wait now for the snow to bugger off and for things to dry up so I can get out on it!

Only one problem - havn't had it out yet, thats 2 weeks and with this bloomin Scottish weather and havn't had a dry road. But had loads of time nursing it with a full kit of venture guard and lubricants...

Thanks for the letter following up my purchase of the Pan Euro on the 13th Jan. You might be interested to know that I went to the Elefantentreffen rally in Bavaria on it two weeks later - the only preparation it needed was to change the clock bulb and it was faultless , including two 560 mile days. I probably wont be buying another bike for a while but when I do I'll be ringing you.
