Follow Hunts Racing This Season ...

As well as legendary road events including the Ulster Grand Prix and the North West 200, the Ballymoney rider is also hoping to take in several of the British Superstock Championship rounds. Michael will also be entering the 2010 Superstock TT on a new Honda Fireblade CBR1000RR supplied by Hunts.

Son of the late Robert Dunlop and nephew of Joey, 22 year old Michael is the youngest competing member of the legendary Dunlop dynasty and is looking forward to building on his already considerable list of successes which include an emotional victory in the 2008 250cc North West 200, an achievement which came only days after the tragic loss of his father on the same circuit. This year will be Michael's fourth visit to the TT. In 2009 he scored an impressive first win in the second Supersport 600cc race, taking victory with a 31 second margin. Michael was also scheduled to ride the Norton NRV 588 in the Senior event, but despite showing great potential, time constraints in practice prevented the machine from starting the race.

Michael is already looking forward to riding the Honda : "The Fireblade has already shown that it is a very capable and competitive machine on the road circuits. We've not tested the race bike yet, but I know just how good the CBR1000RR is and I'm hoping that we can be on the pace straight away. John and the boys at Hunts have been working hard to get the bike together for me and I'm really looking forward to riding it for the first time soon."
